  • Our invited paper at IEDM 2022 discusses "Compact Modeling of Emerging IC Devices for Technology-Design Co-development".   NEW
  • We are organizing a short cource on Machine Learning for Electron Devices at IIT Roorkee. This is a 5-day in-campus residential program with lectures from international experts, hand-on tutorial and problem-solving sessions; live demonstration of latest EDA tools, and networking opportunities with domain leaders. We also have funding opportunities, prizes and awards worth INR 41.45 Lacs for participants. This is supported by IEEE EDS; iHUB Divyasampark; DST, Govt. of India and multiple EDA companies.   • We are working with University of California Berkeley on Machine Learning augmented EDA development.
  • I have won the IEEE EDS Early Career Award 2021. This is one of the highest awards in the field of Electron Devices awarded to one or two researchers worldwide annually for their contribution to the field of Electron Devices. I share the award with Dr. Jiaju Ma.
  • Our group is working with Intel and GlobalFoundries on exploratory topics in Non-Volatile Memory.
  • Our group is now a part of the BSIM group (UC Berkeley) and the Berkeley Device Modeling Center (BDMC, UC Berkeley).
  • BSIM-CMG 111.1.0 becomes the first industry standard compact model for GAAFETs/Nanosheets.
  • The Industry standard ASM-HEMT Model is now available in EDA tools - AWR Microwave Office, AMCAD-IVCAD, Keysight (Parameter Extraction Video), Silvaco SmartSpice and Utmost IV.
